I finally picked my "surprise we're not purple!" eggplants. I made
breaded eggplant for supper. It's an easy meal... slice the eggplant, dip in
egg, dip in breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil. We eat them with spaghetti sauce
and parmesean cheese. Mmmm-mmm!
I slipped a couple of green tomatoes in there too. No, we are not from the
south but we luuuuv fried green tomatoes!
