It cracks me up when dogs have names like Bob or Gary or... Randy. Hah!

Randy - #9323356

Just look at that smile! Randy is a 9-year-old male beagle/retriever mix who was returned to Lollypop Farm because his owner could no longer afford to keep a dog. He weighs about 75 pounds. If you see Randy in his kennel, you'll probably hear a lot of barking, but he quiets down when he's out and about. Randy loves to go for walks and does well on the leash. He is eligible for our Seniors-for-Seniors program, so adopters age 60 and older can take him home free of charge! Randy needs to go to a home without children under 12, and he also needs to be the only dog in the home. - Lollypop Farm

When my husband and I bought this house, their cat was part of the deal. He was old, and they didn't want to move him. His name was . . . Roger. Who in blazes names a cat Roger? They were British, does that explain it? Anyway, Roger lived another 7 years, until age 23. He was a great cat. With a stupid name.
