I hadn't got on a scale but my clothes fit better. It wasn't just about losing weight - we wanted to be healthier and I do feel like I have more energy. It also has us thinking more about what we eat. Some of the juices were really hard to take but we figured we could do anything for 4 days. By the looks of your soup bowl and juice container, it seems like you are.
