It was quite an education. The owner showed us her upper room where all the vinegars were being 'aged' and she gave us samplings different foods to go with the 50-year-olds as well as the younger ones (12-year-olds). What a difference in taste and texture between the ages but all yummy! Of course, you pay over $100 (US) for just a small bottle of the 25-year-old.
