mudroom

It really isn't a mudrooom, I wouldn't even call it a room. It is the space my back door opens into. There are coathooks, cupboards and the stairs down to the basement. I had to call it something, and I have always wanted a mudroom.

It looked like kee-rap when I moved in. There was uber yucky disintegrating linoleum on the cupboard floor. Just a mess.

Aaron tore out the grody linoleum and put down new. I painted the walls and cupboards a bright yellowy orange. The nifty dog print came from Target.

On one of the cupboard doors I hung this magnet/cork message board. Another Target find.
