January 23 is National Soup Swap Day, but what the heck.... let's live on the edge and do it in March anyhow.

So here is how it goes...

STEP 1: Reply to the soup swap email you received and let me know if you plan on coming and an idea of what kind of soup you might make.(you can change your mind if you want)

STEP 2: You make soup! Enough for six 1 quart containers. Freeze it. Glad Ware containers are great for this! 1 quart = 4 cups = 32 ounces

STEP 3: Come to the soup swap... bring your soup.

STEP 4: We draw numbers and take turns picking a different soup.

STEP 5: You go home with six 1 quart containers of different soup.

Souptastic!
