I had a very tasty dinner last night. Portabella mushroom marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic, grilled with cheese on a toasted bun. Cooked asparagus (in new asparagus cooker!) with butter and lemon juice. Corn on the cob with butter and Janes Crazy Mixed Up Salt.

After we polished this off, Aaron pushed away from the table, surveyed the remains and said "We just ate like vegetarians!"
