When we were in PA at a small grocery store, Aaron spotted bottles of Pom. This is "the world’s first-ever refrigerated pomegranate juice". I was attracted to the bottles and the wonderful rich burgundy color.

I thought the taste was a little sour, but of course Aaron loves sour stuff, so he guzzled down most of it. Pomegranates have more antioxidants than green tea or blueberries. I am not 100% what I need antioxidants for (something about guarding against free radicals) but somedays I need all the help I can get. I would like to try the blueberry variety next time.

From what I remember, all that is inside a pomegranite are seeds with packets of juice around them. I can't imagine how many little seeds they had to squeeze for one bottle of juice. (oh.... the bottle says four pomegranates worth)
