There are genius' working at Baker Street Bakery. What you are looking at here are a boston creme cupcake and a peanut butter cup cupcake. The tops are sliced off, the inside filled with goodness, tops popped back on with more cream and chocolate coating.

Sheer genius!

  1. I am totally making that Boston Cream cupcake. It looks like they coat the tops in chocolate while their separated from their bottom. That's what I'm going to do, anyway.

  2. I made lemon cupcakes like that once... vanilla lemon cupcakes with lemon curd filling and lemony cream cheese frosting. OH SO GOOD!

  3. Wow! Charlie would probably love the PB cupcake. If he's a good hubby, maybe I will get him one.

  6. oh yum, they look so gooood! but, was it easy to eat? my one foray into cutting off the cupcake top resulted in a rather difficult-to-eat cupcake. though the caramel filling may have been a contributing factor...sticky mess...

  7. Looks heavenly. I'm a little cupcake crazy, though, as my blog's banner can attest.
