Bryant Park

I love NYC's Bryant Park. Not just because it's surrounded by some of my favorite things, Kinokuniya Book Store, Kati Roll, Jamba Juice, Crumbs Cupcakes... but I like the park itself.

Tomorrow is the Ad Age Women to Watch luncheon and I arrived in NYC today. I had work to keep up with so Bryant Park with it's free wireless was my makeshift office.

Here are some of the other cool things they have in the park - almost like an outdoor library - books, magazines and newspapers are available in the Reading Room.

There are ping pong tables...

... and after work concerts and book readings. They also show movies and have free yoga sessions.

Most recently discovered is Lily O'Brien's Chocolate Cafe by Bryant Park. Look at that hot chocolate!

  5. That's a whole lot of goodness in one little park!

Congrats on the "Women to Watch" honour - I've been reading your blog for years, and I knew that one day you'd be recognized with something like this. Very well-deserved.

  7. I can not show these pictures to my 21 year old daughter. She is doing her college intership in the Fall and then she is talking about moving to NY for a few years. Unfortunately, these pictures will definitely convince her to go!
