Little smudgy nose!
Phoebe is a 1-year-old female cat who has been at Lollypop Farm since April, because her owners had too many pets. She’s a little frustrated with shelter life, and is currently living in the shelter manager's office. Phoebe’s much happier now that she has some space to move around and play, but can’t wait to find her forever home! She’s a young girl who is still learning how to play appropriately with people; she gets a little rough when excited. Phoebe is sharing the shelter manager's office with a small 10 pound dog.
