I love using my vintage pie pan for meals, but there is one drawback. We can't put them in the dishwasher. These enameled deep plates from Falcon Enamelware are the perfect solution.
Falcon Enamelware has been around since 1920 and the white with blue edges is the signature design. It might chip but it doesn't break and you can put it in the oven and dishwasher.
They are cute and have high edges like a pie pan but they can go in the dishwasher.
I got these pie dishes for holding salads and other sides.
First test of the new plates... a success!
