Curious chips

I stopped at duty free as I was crossing from Canada back into the US and perused the snack choices. They have such different potato chips in the Canada. How can they be hours away but be so different. Ketchup Doritos!

I'm not sure what "All Dressed" means. I see oil, onion and pepper on the bag.

I love popcorn so I snatched up a bag of this creamy dill Smart Food pop corn. I love dill but it turned out to be too pickley. It's going into work for my coworkers to devour.

  1. Yes, I tried Trader Joe's dill popcorn and it is REALLY pickley. It was still kind of addictive but I haven't wanted to buy it again.

  2. I'm from Canada - we think the same thing about the snack choices in the US :)
I agree with you on the pickle flavour of the smart pop - the white cheddar is my favourite. All Dressed chips were a staple when I was a kid - was one of my favourites (and by the way - its a vinegar bottle on the bag not oil).
Ketchup Doritos seem weird even to me (and I like ketchup chips)

  3. All Dressed isn't a regular flavour in the U.S. yet?!? It's been in Canada so long it's a staple!
