This year I dyed my Easter eggs with an indigo dye. Each egg had a sticker on it I cut with my cricut when I dyed it leaving behind a stenciled initial.
My fingers are blue like a smurf but it was worth it.
I love the deep rich blue color!

I just got my hair dyed blue. I think it all started with this t-shirt. No wait... it started with the color scheme of Beth and Lisa's wedding... even their getaway car was this shade of blue.
I was due for a refresh of color on my hair awhile ago... started thinking about blue. I just got these earrings in Vegas... blue was on my mind.
Blue... tahdah!
I like it when just a little peeks out.
I am at Chautauqua this week for work and we are staying in a house that we rented.
I love the colors the rooms are painted!
They are right up my alley! I feel so at home.
So it was time for a haircut and I wanted to do something new with my color streaks underneath so this time I went with purple! I can hear my mum groaning now, but check it out! Even though it was a very bright purple it turned out pretty subtle. I like it.
So a little more about the sky blue in my last blog post. I tend to go through color phases, and currently it is sky blue. Or maybe you could call it pool blue. It seems to have started with this necklace and bracelet.
Then I found this hand screened paper with goldfish on that I have been using to decoupage little boxes.
The latest is my new suitcase for all the traveling I have been doing. I added the stickers.
Today I was in New York to speak on a Media Relations Summit panel about corporate blogging with Debbie Weil and the Real Network blogger, Lacy Kemp. The panel went great but what I really want to focus on here is that WE DID NOT PLAN OUR OUTFITS. What are the chances we all have sky blue on? Sweet.
