Lingonberry

When we were at Ikea we ate in the cafe. At Tina's suggestion we did not have the recurring Swedish Meatballs. But Aaron did get me a Lingonberry juice. It was so tasty. Like cranberry but not as tart. Then he found Swedish Lingonberry Syrup (Hafi) for sale there.

I had never heard of it before and kept thinking it was Loganberry juice. I looked it up and found that "Lingonberry juice drink is made of very rare berries that are grown exclusively in Northern Scandinavia and Northern Russia. The berries are gently ripened by it’s never setting summer sun." Now I'll probably have to go back to IKEA next week for some more.
