What's for Dinner

I got suckered at Wegmans. On Saturdays, they cook differnt meals at stations around the grocery store and offer you samples. I was lured in by the Pork and Eggplant in Garlic Sauce in the produce section. I had one bite and circled back with my cart to pick up the ingredients.

I made it last night. I substituted chicken for the pork and it turned out really good. What a clever setup. I was hungry. Everything was there. They had me hook line and sinker. I even bought the little binder to hold all my "What's For Dinner Tonight" pamphlets. Oh yes. Danny Wegmans has me right where he wants me.
