Gardening has begun

Taking advantage of the break in our spring monsoon, Aaron and I started working on my garden. According to my carefully draw out plan, we dug up the first square and planted basil and cucumbers. Hopefully the weather will hold out and we will get the peas, green beans, onions, lettuce, carrots and radish in tonight. At the end of the month tomato and pepper plants will be transplanted. Gardening makes me hungry.

My love of organization has carried over to the veggie garden. I have the rows all planned out and little metal plant markers ready to go.
