Adventures in Grilling

Did a lot of grilling at Chuck and Tina's this weekend. Portabella mushrooms, drizzled in olive oil, then grilled with a slice of provolone cheese on top were a big hit.

What I am really interested in is dessert grilling. Saturday we had slices of grilled pineapple with demura sugar on top dipped in melted chocolate. It was pretty good. What was really good is what we had today. Sliced peaches and strawberries tossed in a Reynolds grilling bag with sugar and vanilla, grilled for a few minutes then plopped on top of scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt. Delish! I bet it would have been good with bananas too. I'm on a roll. Everything I see I wonder how it would taste on the grill.
