While I have still been taking lots of pictures, I have been bad about uploading them to Flickr. Actually I have uploaded them and then not made them public.
Well I just updated a whole slew and there are some cool things in there I forgot about like this delicious carmel apple and sweet pumpkin empanadas.
Pineapple empanadas were one of my favorite desserts while I was growing up. These look different from any I've ever tried, though. Did you make them?
