I had to come up with an appetizer to take to my friend's Super Bowl party. I ended up making a Buffalo Chicken Wing dip. It's pretty easy. In a casserole dish you layer...
1. one package of cream cheese
2. two chicken breasts grilled and shredded then marinated in a wing sauce
3. about 3/4 of a jar of chunky blue cheese salad dressing
4. one package of shredded montery jack cheese

then you bake it at 350 degrees until bubbly. We like to use Frito's Scoops to scoop it up with.

It may not have been as cute as Sarah's igloo, but it was tasty!

  4. I too will have to try it. I bet it would be good served with carrots and celery.

I just made my first bbq chicken pizza. Pretty tasty. Rotissere chicken is a lifesaver:) - probably good for your recipe too.
