Aaron and I had stopped at a yard sale in the city and I noticed there was a huge garden in the lot next door. Further inspection revealed that it was a community garden. I think that is so cool.

Someone had an impressive onion crop in there.

  1. There was a community garden right next door to the church I grew up at. No one in my family knew a thing about gardening then, but we loved to walk up and down the rows and see what everyone was growing. What fun!

  2. I live in Anchorage, Alaska and there is a community garden a block from my house. I love the idea. Given our LONG hours of daylight in the summer, everyone loves to garden. It has been there since I was little.
