At mystarbuckshirt.com you can build your cup of coffee... and at one time you could get a shirt with the finished cup on it. I was so excited when I built my coffee... it really sounds like me... short, sugary, nutty. (I don't really ask for organic milk... there was no whole milk option and the organic green looked nice with my design)

I was crushed when I found out you couldn't get the tshirts anymore... and super crushed when I found out they were actually free! You can go to the online auction and buy a shirt from a celebrity... but I don't want THEIR coffee on a shirt! I want MY coffee on a shirt. I want to walk into Starbucks... point to my shirt... smile and nod.

  1. That is really cute. I made one too, but I didn't save it. I don't really drink much from Starbucks.

  2. I made one, too, but honestly, I just ask for a short chai latte and don't even bother with what kind of milk went into it. Makes for a rather boring graphic. =P

  3. Mine was boring too - grande hot chocolate with whipped cream. Such a cute idea, though.

  4. I'm sorry I just heard about this. I wonder how long they were giving free t-shirts. . . .and designed by Michael Knight!

  8. I did this a few weeks ago when they came out with the campaign (I'm on the email list). The t-shirts sold out the very first day! I like the idea of printing it out and ironing it on a shirt. For now it's my desktop wallpaper.

  11. I was able to get two of these shirts. One for my girlfriend and the other for my sister.

  12. The t-shirts were available throughout February, with a limited quanity available at 10am PST each day. Unfortunately, every day, they were gone instantly. Sigh. The Starbucks near our office sent a message into Corporate to let them know about the demand, and that people would actually pay for them. (Although my Venti Unsweetened Black Iced Tea design wasn't very exciting.)
