My scrappy little Meyer lemon tree has produced another lemon! Right across from it is a new bloom!
What to do with this one delicious lemon? I have my sights set on lemon curd. All the recipes requre 3 to 5 lemons though so I guess I'll be making about a tablespoon of lemon curd.
