Post vacation cooking: Crab salad

I didn't want to get post-vacation blues this week so I decided I am going to make really creative dinners each night. When I was at the airport I saw a big sign for blue crab salad at Next Door Bar and Grill. It looked so good and I thought I could recreate it pretty easily. Fresh greens, sliced avocado and a big scoop of crab salad. I used a new dressing - Wegmans Raspberry and Cherry vinaigrette, which worked perfectly.
