Gurgle

I don't think I can keep up with this level of water consumption. Last week I decided I was dehydrated and needed to drink more water. But nearly two liters of water a day is taking it's toll on me. I am constantly traveling to the loo! *slosh slosh*

To make things more difficult I read an article in Smart Dope about the bacterial spray that comes from flushing. Ugghh. So here I am having to run to the little girl's room every hour on the hour, with this tidbit of info in the back of my head. It is a gymnastic feat to hit the lever with ones foot while trying to position oneself to flee from the stall. I need to put it out of my mind.

I can barely look at a glass of water.
