I have decided that I am deyhydrated. Did you know that the majority of the population is suffering from mild dehydration? In fact, if you feel thirsty then you've already lost 2 to 3 percent of your body fluid. Whoa! Shriveling up! Some of the symptoms of mild dehydration are, stomach aches, headaches, low back pain, water retention, sluggishness, dry and itchy skin, irratability and depression. Yikes!

You are supposed to drink 50-75% of your body weight in ounces. That's a lot of water. I have been chugging out of my water bottle all day. I kind of slosh when I move.

The thing that got me on this kick was an article Tina sent called "How 8 Glass of Water a Day Help Keep Fat Away".

I wish the bathrooms were closer to my cubicle.
