New Project
Today Aaron and I worked on my newest project, The Practically Totally Free Side Table. That is all I will say about it, other than it will involve some tile mosaic.
Tile mosaics is an untapped goldmine! I found some really cool ideas while researching the process. I especially liked these tiled insects, rock mirror and my favorite....a mosaic tile backsplash. The backsplash uses tiles, broken plates and even halved teacups.
One book I looked at showed a mosaic made with bottle caps. It even told you which sodas to drink to get certain colors. You would have to drink a lot of soda to make a good sized mosaic.
