Whoopie Pies
We had an ok turnout for Cookiepalooza 2003. I made my mom's Whoopie Pie recipe. I was pleased that they turned out. Whenever my grandma makes them they come out wafer thin. Funny thing is, she is the one who gave my mom the recipe. She has attributed the flatness of her Whoopie Pies to everything from her oven to the humidity in her house. I personally think they are like souffles... you have to be very quiet while they bake.
