In the Navy

This past Memorial Day weekend my family came up and we went to the Buffalo Naval Park to look at the destroyer, cruiser and submarine they have docked there. My dad spent a long time staring at the engine of the sub. It is amazing how the sailors lived in such teeny spaces. In the sub, some of them actually slept above and below the torpedos.(Picture of the torpedo room on the right)

I once saw where Aaron lived on the carrier he was assigned to. It wasn't as small, thank goodness. He couldn't be on a sub because he was too tall. I bet they would stick me in one right away. "Why she was built for these things!"
