When I wrote about the salt pig, Aaron asked me if it wasn't actually called a salt cellar. Ever quick to correct him, I went online immediately to show him what a search on salt cellars brings up. One of the first links was Alton Brown's online store. The Sodium Chloride Containment Units Alton uses on his show are for sale there. We really like his show "Good Eats". While Joel likes Alton for his nerdly scientific approach to cooking, I just like how funny he is.
There are also the plunger measuring cups in Alton's store. Joel said he got version of it at Kitchen Etc, to which I replied... "Yeah, but does it have Alton's picture on it?"
