I was at Target when I spied these new Kleenex boxes for the holidays. They are oval! Revolutionary!

Anyhoo... I went to the Kleenex website and there is no mention of the striking new boxes. Being involved in internet marketing on a day to day basis, I am always amazed when a company launches a new product, but has no mention of it on their site.

I was reduced to snapping a phone pic in the paper product aisle. OK.. maybe I get a little too excited about package design.

    those are pretty neato and festive! I think i wouldve been inclined to take a pic as well. Did you end up buying it to go with your home decor?

    i saw these yesterday at walmart! at first, i thought the packaging was tin.

    That is fabulous! I do need to buy some tissue.... I wonder, though, if those will become a new standard. It would be a hard sell since lots of people have tissue box covers as part of their bathroom sets, etc.

    Coming out of lurking to say that I too, was taken by this packaging. In fact, I bought one and it is sitting on my desk at work right now. Early? Yes. Overpriced? Probably. Do I care? Not a whit :-)

    I was excited how cheap they are - at my store in Redmond Washington they are $2. Bought several to mail to some soldiers I know in Afghanistan. They always need Kleenex (the army provides nasty rough stuff if anything) and this will brighten their barracks too!

    I saw these too at T's and couldn't resist waving in front of my poor mom's face. I guess it's not close enough to the holidays yet though b/c I just couldn't get myself to purchase one. -t

    The product might be available exclusively at Target so they're not advertising it on their web site. It can be very tricky having exclusive products at a major mass merchandiser (Target and Walmart) with the laws around price discrimination.

    I squeeked when I saw these!!! TOO cute, but they were $3 and I thought that was a little to expensive for 80 tissues. However, last night I finally broke down and bought a box; and I don't care how much I spent. The next decision was which holiday design to get for my kitchen towels. Very tricky...
