Friday, December 07, 2007 When my friend Sarah opened her yarn shop, I asked right away how she was going to do her window displays. I have always been interested in window dressing and she was happy for the help. For the holidays I decorated little Christmas trees with tiny balls of yarn. I like the windows to always have a yarn or knitting theme. In the fall one of the windows held baskets of apples and yarn. The other had an apple pie making scene with balls of yarn standing in for apples. I wish I had gotten pictures of the Halloween and Thanksgiving windows too, but I forgot. There was lots of pumpkins, leaves and balls of orange yarn.
