Sunday, June 28, 2009 I had big plans for today - been planning a strawberry picking party for weeks. The weather had other ideas. Everyone was a trooper, but we had to throw in the towel and head right to the shortcake eating part of the party. I did get a few pictures at the patch though, like this great one of Sarah and Anna. I think the rainbow umbrella helps! Aaron was the only one who braved the rain and picked a giant bowl of berries! Look at this monster strawberry! Mmmm strawberry shortcake. Next time you make little scones/shortcake you should try making macadamia creme with it! yum.
