Bee Pollen?

Fascinating! I wonder what you use it for?

  1. Hi Jenn,
I'm a hobby beekeeper (second year now) People use pollen as a remedy for pollen related allergies when taken internally.
Give it a try (if you have allergies) and see if it works!

    Good luck, Maria

  2. Thats so funny! I was just talking about Bee Pollen last night!! Im up in Burlington VT for an extended visit (I practically live 1/2 the year up here now lol) and Ive seen Bee Pollen for sale at local markets recently.. in bulk. A friend of mine told me that she adds a small spoonfull of it as a boost to her smoothies. Apparently its full of amino acids, vitamins, & good-for-you-stuffs. She said her allergies have improved since she started using it too. I haven't tried it yet, but am curious.

  4. The volume of bee pollen in the picture is massive. I wonder how many bees and time duration they can give a result as big as that on the picture.
