There is no skipping to Christmas after Halloween at our house. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. Who am I kidding, I love all holidays... but there is something about a special time that isn't about costumes or gifts. Focus on food and family. Being thankful.
I like to wait on the Christmas decorations until after Thanksgiving. I've picked up enough turkeys at yard sales and thrift shops to have a Thanksgiving mantelscape.
I love your mantel. I have to work on my thanksgiving decorations. I just have some pilgrim candles and pumpkin candles.
