Aaron and I went to the espresso class at Joe Bean he got me for my birthday. I started thinking about espresso in a completely new way. There is so much that goes into pulling a perfect shot... size of the grounds, weight of the grounds, tamping, timing...
We don't even have an espresso machine but if we get one I am ready! Until then I will keep on with my Nespresso Pixie. (I can hear our barista instructor gasping)
