I harvested my carrots yesterday. I had planted Thumbelina carrots so they were all short, fat and squat. Each one was funnier looking than the next. There were some that had grown together to create freakish looking carrots. Aaron got a big kick out of those.
I think I will be making some nice buttery glazed carrots coins for dinner. Ooooh or some carrot bread!
