One of the best things about Rochester is all the summer festivals. Perhaps the grandaddy of festivals is the Park Ave Fest. Folks that live in that area start the parties the first Friday evening.
We go for the crafts, food and ye olde fashioned root beer.

aw man, I really do miss the Park Ave. Fest. I used to live on Goodman so it was perfect: able to walk to the festival, but still get my car out for errands. :^)
