There were some amazing Martha products at Michaels for Halloween and Christmas, so I was looking forward to seeing what they had for Valentines Day.

Not a whole lot is the answer. Usually there is an entire freestanding display of holiday craft goodness, but this holiday only got an endcap.

I am hoping it's just because they are busily working away on Easter stuff!

I use to work at Michaels in my youth = ) and I can honestly say they never carried much for Valentine's Day or Canada Day ... although they are an american company but still people like Canada Day crafts.

I never did understood the amount of stuff they had for Easter.

Delurking to say a few things...

I was so sad to hear about the loss of your bunny, I'm very sorry.

On a much less important note, I found even less in the way of Martha/Valentine's at Michael's in my area (Massachusetts). In fact, I think Martha would've had a fit at what I saw: her custom aisle display filled w/ 75% markdown odds and ends of Christmas items with no hope of selling. Yikes! All of her signage was intact, so it looked pretty silly.

At any rate, I'm such a nerd but I was really disappoint in the lack of Martha-y Valentine type things. Oh well! It seems like this year there's a dearth of Valentine goodness in general. Lots of the same-old.

OK, phew, back to lurking! : )
