Jam It, Pickle It, Cure It

I stood and stared at ths cookbook for a long time at Wegmans asking myself - do I really need another cookbook?

Then I saw the recipe for kimchee and it came home from me. Of course I could have just got this recipe from my mom but that usually goes like this "Recipe?! I don't write anything down! Little of this, little of that... done!" Plus the photography is nice.

  2. Looks pretty. But is it me? Who uses a spoon to stir kimchee? You gotta get in there up to your elbows mixing it up!

  4. My mom does the same thing. I've tried to get her to come up with a bulgogi or kalbi recipe without any success.
