Joel and I walked over this afternoon to look at the new space our group is moving into. The area was gutted, recarpeted and painted. It's looking rather spiffy. We even have a cafe area with a 31 inch TV, VCR and DVD. Lunchtime cinema - tahdah!
I noted to myself that while one of my friends is moving to another city across country and another one of my friends is potentially changing jobs, while adding a new little person to his family... the big exciting change in my life is a bigger office, new bunny socks and a butternut squash recipe.
Ahhh... different strokes for different folks.
