I am joining some of my coworkers at the end of the month for the American Heart Walk. Everytime someone comes into my cubicle to donate money to sponsor my walking I am suprised and delighted all over again. I don't know why... maybe sometimes you forget how nice people are. I feel as though I should do an extra good job of walking because of it.
The American Heart Association is an excellent cause and the walk is actually preventative not just demonstrative. I figured I could handle a walk. Now if they wanted us to run...well, that would be a different story.
