Anyone that has read my blog for awhile knows about the obsession Tina and I have for the Cheesecake Factory Chicken Madeira. We have tried to recreate it in our own kitchens to no avail. Well, a week ago Peggy emailed me the CF Top Secret Chicken Madeira recipe. I was beside myself with mushroomy joy.
Tina and I made this delectable dish after the tree cutting excursion and boy was it good! I had sent Aaron out to get the Madeira wine and that is him in the picture regaling us with the colorful history of the Island of Madeira and it's infamous wine. Nerdling.
