You know you are in the depths of winter when you become overly excited because your husband brings you home a set of Artic Winter Wiper Blades for your bug.

I am actually rather interested in these silicone blades too... they don't freeze like rubber ones. If it's good enough for my spatulas, it's good enough for my windshield wipers.

  2. I can totally relate to the love of a good wiper blade. When you live where winter can be fierce a good wiper blade is an important implement to securing and keeping your sanity. An actual selling point of my Buick was a wiper blade that would never need to be replaced. I scoffed at the salesman and may have even rolled my eyes (who would believe such a thing in Minnesota). But, here we are almost 3 years later, 40,000+ miles and the same set of wiper blades working just as well as the day I drove off the lot. I have no idea what I paid for these babies, but they’re worth every cent!

  3. It's the little things that people do that mean the most, huh?

  4. I was so suprised at how good my bug is in the snow! It's like a little tank.
