I am trying to do some cleaning up around the site. Fixing the design of my project pages... updating my photo albums. Slow going.

I also made a new summer banner, seeing as how next week will be the first day of summer.

Tina had a good idea. I made a picture I took at the beach of a sand dollar into one of my desktop pictures. She said I should post it for everyone.

So here it is at 1024x768 and 1152x864.

  1. Oooh, pretty. I'm low res but it still works. Thank you!

  2. I love your new banner. It's very well done and oh so cute as I've come to expect from you. It's nice to see your sand dollar picture in high res. The only complaint about your site I can think of is that your images could be a bit higher res both in your blog entries and photo albums.

  3. disneymike - I don't have any control over what res the gallery albums display my images at. I upload them at the highest res off the camera, they compress them. I only upload low res images to Flickr to conserve space... same thing for my blog pics. If I didn't keep them low... my five years of archived posts would be taking up a LOT of room! : )

  7. Jenny, I understand what you're saying about the storage requirements for years of images. I just would love to see your neat images a little better with my aging eyes. I do enjoy your Flickr images because they are a bit bigger. I hope you'll choose to continue posting at Flickr. ;)

  10. What on earth is a sand dollar? I've never heard of one!Can you explain why it has that name and so on and so forth? Us Aussies don't use the term! (that I've ever heard..)
