This weekend was Maple Weekend in Western New York. Aaron and I took a road trip to a maple farm and all you can eat pancake house. We stood for a ridiculously long time in line for pancakes, but ate enough to make up for it. We also stocked up on maple sugar, maple cream, maple sugar cotton candy and maple candy. Pictures of our day in my EasyShare Gallery.

  2. Yum! Maple cotton candy sounds Wonderful!

Is the (regular) candy hard or the light tan softish kind?

  3. Oh yum. The cotton candy sounds so good. It's getting to be syrup time here (CT), too.

Can I ask the name of the pancake place there? I have some relatives in western NY who would love that.

  4. sb - We went to Moores Pancake House. There is also Arcade Center Pancake House nearby. I would recommend Spragues Maple Farm though... that's my favorite.
