Could this pup look any more pathetic? Really Oscar doesn't have anything to be sad about. He is one lucky dog.

Not all dogs are as lucky so I was excited to hear about this new website pugswithoutborder.typepad.com. Every month, Barkley and Augie will be making a donation to a different canine charity. "They'll be posting on the search for philanthropic endeavors, their favorite organizations, and of course, a bit of their own pampered lifestyle."

I think this is a great idea... there are so many dogs out there that need good homes... like the pug who was in the January 3 Picture of the Day. (you have to select January 3, 2007 in the pulldowns... it's worth it trust me)

I love, love, love this Picture of the Day... especially the kitten sitting in the middle with the disgusted look on his face. It looks like he is thinking "Who are these jokers?"

  1. Awwwwww...Jenny, that picture is so sad! I thought at first the pug was squinting for some reason until I read the caption...I hate puppymills with a passion. I have a plan....I distract the owners of puppy mills while you take all the dogs out of them.

  6. De-lurking AGAIN with another good site. They don't have any pugs (yet and hopefully never!), but they provide an amazing home to disabled animals:
