market

It's Flower City Days at the Public Market

We found Raindance Harvest there and got some really cool organic heirloom tomato plants for our garden this year.

This year we are growing Cherokee Chocolate, New Zealand Pink Pear and Mr. Stripey heirloom tomatoes.

Mmm. Your tomatoes sound delicious. I have some heirloom black cherry tomatoes I scored in a seedling trade with a co-worker. I can't wait for fruit to start!

when your tomatoes do come in, you should make this sandwich. it looked delicious when she made it (just like everything), but the reviews back it up!

I'm a big fan of the Mr. Stripey.

We have a Mr. Stripey in our garden too. My husband liked that he came with a name already.. he did end up giving some of the other tomato plants different names so they wouldn't feel bad.

katie - black cherry toms sound good! I also like the sound of a seedling trade!

erika - that sandwich sounds good...

carrie - I think I need to name our plants now too!
