Thursday, May 15, 2003 Natural Progression Every once in awhile Joel finds out about something before me. I had heard about the website Things My Girlfriend and I Have Argued About some time ago, but it was Joel that first found out it had been written into a book and is now being made into a movie. Joel read the book and then loaned it to me. Granted it took me a very long time to finish "About a Boy" but I think that is because I had seen the movie first and knew how it ended, thus I didn't have the I -must -finish -the -book -so -I -can -find -out -what -happens situation. I think it is fitting that it was the last book I read because the same production company, Working Title, who has made Four Weddings and a Funeral, Notting Hill and About a Boy, is making this movie. Gee, who do you think will play the lead?
