We bundled up, went out and cut our Christmas tree today. I lured Chuck and Tina along with the promise of dinner afterwards. I wanted one of those trees that smells like citrus, but after sniffing dozens of trees we gave up and went for looks.

I have pictures of the day here... and also some pictures of a few of my favorite tree ornaments.

  2. I was at the mall last week and saw that Disney has a line call "Bambi Couture" like Juicy Couture. I thought you might be interested in this. There are also the cute l.a.m.b. bags by Gwen Stefani.

  3. I agree with Ani, those pictures with Oscar by the fireplace are ADORABLE! You should make those into cards.

  6. Love those ornament hangers - what a great idea! I want to be Oscar, by the fire in a big, fat comfy bed. I second the notion that some of those pictures would make nice Christmas cards.

  8. Looking at the fire makes me wish I had a fire place too. The tree turned out really cute. What do you do with Oscar while you're at work all day? Does he stay in a room or just has the run of the house and leaves the tree alone? He's a little cutie.

  9. The tree is out in the sunroom, so Oscar can't get at it. Not that he would bother it if he could. He has run of the house while we are gone and he pretty much lays in his bed. He is not a chewer of things other than his toys.

  10. I was thinking of using that idea - tree on the sunporch - to protect it from Nico! Hee.

Is your sunporch heated? & is it a tomatoey-red or really red?

    Nosy nosy nosy.

  11. No... the sunroom isn't heated... and it is painted a sorta bricky barn red.
